During 2013 SEAPs were approved in the municipalities of Salaspils, Ikskile, Kegums, Lielvarde and Ogre. Before the approval number of meetings were held in each municipality with politicians, stakeholders and society. In all municipalities the positive result was achieved with the support of the opposition.
