The second local training session on financing tools, ESCO’s and energy efficiency plans was held in Palma de Mallorca the 27th of January of 2012.

The event was held in the headquarters of EMAYA, the municipal company of water supply, waste and sewage, who also attended the training session jointly with political and technical representatives of the municipalities around Palma de Mallorca: Andratx, Calvià, Esporles, Puigpunyent, Santa María del Camí and Marratxí.

This event has enjoyed the cooperation of the Albea company and the Balearic Government. Albea company has prepared the following presentations: Conurbant co-funding tools and Conurbant co-funding programs. And, on the other hand, the Balearic Government has prepared: Energy Efficiency plan of the Balearic Government's public buildings.
